How to choose your circuit in Indonésie?

Choosing your circuit depends first and foremost on the time available and the islands you wish to combine. A first trip of 13 to 17 days typically covers Java and Bali, with the Bromo and Ijen volcanoes, Yogyakarta, Borobudur, then Ubud and the Balinese coast. To include Komodo, Sumatra or Sulawesi, allow 18 days or more to account for domestic flights and distances. Raja Ampat or Papua require a dedicated trip of at least 3 weeks. We build each itinerary based on your interests and your preferred pace.

Different types of circuits

Our offer covers several approaches. Cultural circuits emphasize the temples of Borobudur and Prambanan, Hindu ceremonies in Bali, and the Toraja villages of Sulawesi. Adventure circuits include the 3-day climb of Rinjani, the orangutan trek to Bukit Lawang or diving at Komodo. For family trips, we adapt distances, select accommodations with pools and alternate soft activities with free time. Every circuit remains customizable down to the smallest detail.

What is the best season?

The dry season from April to October is the main window, with temperatures around 28°C in the lowlands, little rain and calm seas ideal for diving and cruises. July and August attract the most visitors, particularly to Bali and Komodo: we book accommodations 6 to 8 months in advance. The rainy season, from November to March, does not prevent travel but requires flexibility: brief showers in the late afternoon, sometimes overcast skies over the volcanoes. Sumatra works better from May to September, Raja Ampat from October to April.
