Batutumonga lies just twenty kilometers from Rantepao. Yet due to the deplorable state of the roads, you should allow between one and one-and-a-half hours by car to reach your destination. Several options exist for getting there. The first is taking minibuses, which serve as shared taxis. The second is renting a private car with driver.
