The spirit of travel
If you wish to give meaning to your travels and meet local communities for whom spirituality is at the heart of daily life, this wellness circuit is made for you. It invites you to discover cultural diversity by immersing yourself in rich nature and vibrant populations.
You will explore an unprecedented facet of Bali through hiking, mountain biking or rafting, yoga sessions and meditation, as well as purification ceremonies with local healers.
Your accommodation will be in charming eco-responsible hotels, offering you the opportunity to reconnect with nature and yourself, while adopting the "slow" pace characteristic of Balinese communities.
Journey led by Tiphaine Deraison
A yoga instructor since 2020, Tiphaine's "mantra" is to calm the mind through movement in order to access greater freedom and inner peace. She divides her life between Bali, Sri Lanka and South-West France, where she also organizes "co-livings".
A surfer and skateboarder, her falls — a broken leg, an emotional storm — taught her that one can always get back up. Beyond yoga retreats, Tiphaine offers a framework conducive to reconnecting your mind, finding a supportive community and regaining the self-confidence that sometimes goes missing.
