The spirit of travel

Sensitive to animal welfare and the recommendations of local nature conservation organizations, we offer you an orangutan approach circuit, where these animals live in complete freedom in the Kutai National Park, in the northeast of Indonesian Borneo. When approaching wildlife, the risk of coming away empty-handed is of course present, but local rangers know the habits of these animals very well and will be keen to bring you close to several orangutans whose behavior has not been modified by the presence of tourists. The only lodge in the national park has moreover been recently renovated, and you will therefore be accommodated with all Western comforts (the toilets and bathroom with modern shower are however separate from the rooms).

You will also have the opportunity to explore a lost paradise: the Derawan Islands archipelago, which is part of the Coral Triangle. It is home to one of the richest marine biodiversities on the planet. Located in a biodiversity hotspot, the Derawan Islands are home to 872 species of reef fish, 507 species of corals and invertebrates, including protected species (5 species of giant clams, 2 sea turtles, a coconut crab, etc.) !
